But in reality most of the times this does not happen. In this season, food gets digested a little slowly and the chances of stomach infection also increases, hence the stomach starts getting upset.” /></a><a href=<b>The reason is moisture in the air</b>– Doctors say that there is more moisture in the air during rains, then the speed of work of the body may become a little slow. It also affects the stomach and it may take more time to digest food. Therefore, even after eating normal food, the stomach may feel very full, bloated, gassy or strange.” /></a><a href=<b>Eating oily and junk food</b>– According to experts, along with tea, pakodas, samosas, chaat or other fried, spicy and oily items are also eaten more during the rains. These things are a bit heavy for the stomach. These may increase acidity or reflux. Reflux means the burning sensation in the stomach reaches the chest or throat.” /></a><a href=<b>Dirt becomes a major reason</b>– Rain water and water accumulated at various places can pollute food and drinking water. Small germs like bacteria, viruses and parasites can enter it, which cause stomach infection. Fruits and vegetables can also come in contact with dirty water. Food that is kept outside or is not prepared hygienically can spoil quickly in this humid weather. For this reason, problems like diarrhea, vomiting, stomach cramps and food poisoning are more common during this time.” /></a><a href=<b>Keep these things in mind</b>– The doctor said, ‘It is not that your stomach is becoming weak forever. In this season, the stomach has to face many things at once, slow digestion of food, heavy food and more exposure to germs. Therefore, try to eat freshly prepared, light food and drink clean water. This can reduce stomach problems to a great extent.” /></a></p>
