Mohammad Nabi son Hassan Esakhil: 19-year-old Hasan Isaakhil, son of Afghanistan’s legendary all-rounder Mohammad Nabi, has caught the attention of the cricket world by playing a stormy innings. In the only unofficial T20 match between the teams of Afghanistan 11 and Uzbekistan, Hasan Isakhil scored a memorable century, destroying the opposing bowlers. Due to his stormy innings, Afghanistan 11 team managed to score more than 300 runs while batting first.

Stormy century of Mohammad Nabi’s son

In this match, Hasan Isaakhil, who came to the crease as an opener, made his intentions clear from the very first ball. He did not give the Uzbekistan bowlers any chance to recover and hit huge sixes and sharp fours in every corner of the field. Hasan completed his century in just 28 balls, which is one of the fastest innings in the history of T20 cricket. During this innings, he completely transformed T20 cricket into a video game with his aggressive batting.

Hasan Isaakhil faced a total of 34 balls in this innings and scored 120 runs at a strike rate of 352.94. His innings included 4 fours and 16 sixes. But then due to facing some problems he had to retire out. Along with captain Imran Mir, he also made a partnership of 181 runs for the first wicket. Due to this stormy start, Afghanistan 11 team managed to score 323 runs at the loss of 7 wickets in 20 overs. In which Imran Mir’s 74 runs were also included.

Waiting for international debut

Hasan Isaakhil has been dominating Afghanistan cricket for some time due to his strong performance. He has also been seen playing with his father Mohammad Nabi in some leagues. Both of them also play together in Afghanistan’s domestic tournaments. But Mohammad Nabi’s dream is to play international cricket with his son. Hasan Isaakhil has so far played 4 first class matches, 14 List A matches and 38 T20 matches. He has scored centuries in all three formats and was recently also a part of the Afghanistan A team, which played a tri-series against India and Sri Lanka.
