Meta has given its reply to the government regarding the removal of Prime Minister Modi’s video from Facebook. According to the company, now Meta will follow the new protocol for the accounts of prominent individuals and in the next few days, global executives of Meta will come to India and the government will discuss technical issues with them.
Meta has said that now senior officials will look into the accounts of famous people. The government wants answers from Meta on both policy and technology. Meta has also apologized on this and said that such mistake will not happen in future.
