Also Janpath, Central Secretariat and Lok Kalyan Marg. Now even ITO, Supreme Court, RK Ashram etc. are closed. So how does one reach their destination? On Thursday, narrating his ordeal, he wrote a post in English on social media, which narrates his grief. Today he had to walk about three kilometers to his office in the scorching heat.

There she got confused because there was no ride to Janpath from there. Somehow, with the help of Google Map, she went to the office. Google was taking them through Jantar Mantar.

Government should also worry about the future of children

This is a children’s movement
Youth are our future and the strength of the country, the government should take care of them. Don’t know what would happen if their movement was ignored. The government should pay attention to the demands of these children. This concern of Rachna is justified. They also have children and they too are worried about the future of their children. This is not the concern of Rachna alone but the concern of all those mothers who are worried about the future of their children. None of them have any opposition to the government, rather they want the government to provide security to their children.
There will be irregularities in exams like NEET and many children will commit suicide out of sadness. Therefore, the students’ movement should not be linked to any cockroach Janata Party or Aam Aadmi Party or India Block including Congress, it is a children’s movement. They want justice, it is the duty of the government to find a universal solution to such problems.
Chaos in commuting to office
This is another aspect of understanding the students’ movement. Thousands of government and non-government employees have been affected. Because almost all the ministries are around the Supreme Court, Connaught Place, Shivaji Stadium, Central Secretariat. There are many corporate offices. When the employees working there leave home in the morning, DMRC does not give any information but on reaching the destination they come to know that the metro gates are closed. This creates chaos. People get worried as to which station to get down at.
And an even bigger problem arises when they return from office in the evening. Evening begins to fall and when tired people of the day reach the metro station, they come to know that both entry and exit are closed. Auto drivers either do not stop or make such high demands which is not easy for a working person. It is difficult to enter the crowd of buses.
Restaurants and offices closed till 6:30 pm
Meanwhile, the government has taken another step and that is that now all the restaurants and offices around Jantar Mantar and Connaught Place will be closed by 6.30. This will trouble those people who sit in restaurants in the evening. Their owners will also suffer huge financial losses. Because this is the time when people come to this area for dinner. The government itself is showing panic that people’s life is being disturbed due to this movement. This decision is not very wise. The government had to talk and not show haste.
On the other hand, lawyers have also decided to support the student movement. They will get legal aid. Lawyers have also demonstrated outside the Supreme Court. Every day some difficulty or the other is arising for the government.
DTC of the 1990s remembered
Seeing all this reminds me of the Delhi of the 1990s, when the only means of transportation was DTC buses. On which one has to climb by running and get down in the same way. There was no AC, let alone fan, inside the buses and these buses with 42-45 seats were filled with 80-90 people. In those days, common people could not afford to travel by auto or taxi in Delhi. Once in 1988, drivers and conductors of DTC buses went on strike.
The then Union Transport Minister Rajesh Pilot ordered buses from Kashmir but the drivers there did not know the routes. Entire Delhi came to a standstill. People had to walk tens of miles to go to office. But Delhi Metro changed the lifeline of the people of Delhi. Around a thousand passengers travel by each metro. But due to this chaos of five days, everything has gone haywire.
New dimensions of understanding CJP
Delhi Police and Delhi Government administration are not able to handle the students’ movement. Due to such decisions, the student movement is not getting resolved, on the contrary, it is getting entangled. At Jantar Mantar, the crowd of people who were till now indifferent about that movement has started increasing spontaneously. They too are now seeing and understanding the reality. These people also talk to the students and then they realize that the problems of the students are the same as theirs. In this way, this movement of Cockroach Janata Party is expanding further.
On the other hand, instead of finding any solution, the government is trying to deal with Congress and India Bloc. In this way the matter will become more complicated. The government should immediately conduct a strict investigation into the irregularities in the NEET exam and give strict punishment to the culprits.
It is no longer easy for the government to contain Raita
Due to the student movement and the obstruction in the roads for commuters, the chaos has spread so much that it is difficult for the government to contain it. On the other hand, the opposition parties are spreading it further. The problems of the students are also reaching those homes which till now were considering this entire movement as non-serious and CJP was just a blinking reel of social media. They think that this is just a pastime for leftists or social activists. But now they are beginning to feel that there is strength in this movement. Their problem is being raised. Therefore, the government should immediately take some positive steps. So that the common people feel that the government is doing something about their concerns.
