At number three are chilli pakodas which are very much liked in Indian homes. You can also make simple chilli pakodas and if you prepare it with spicy potato filling, it will taste even more tasty. To make pakodas, one should always use thick and less spicy chillies.
Moong dal pakodas are also a great treat during monsoon. It is sold in the market under the name of Ram Laddu. However, moong dal needs to be soaked beforehand. In such a situation, if there is already a rain alert, then keep the pulses soaked. Grind it and beat it so much that when you add some pulses to water, it starts floating on top. After this make pakodas. Serve with radish slices and green chutney.
