Mukhwas Recipe
- Wash all the mango seeds and dry them thoroughly in the sun for at least 3 days.
- When the kernels dry thoroughly, remove the seeds inside and also remove the thin peel.
- Now add salt to water and boil these mango seeds so that their rawness is removed.
- Now take it out in a sieve and wash it thoroughly with 2-3 water.
- Now cut all the seeds into thin slices. For this you use a slicer.
- Dry the prepared mango seeds in the sun until they become crunchy.
- Add red chili powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, asafoetida, dry mango powder, sweetener in a bowl and mix.
- Heat ghee in a pan and then lightly fry the mango seeds in it. Add prepared masala in it and mix.<

9 mango pits (sun-dried for three days), 1/4 cup oil, 1.5 tbsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tbsp turmeric, 1/4 tbsp coriander powder, finely chopped coriander, salt as per taste.
