Madhya Kailash Temple: That mysterious and unique temple of Tamil Nadu, where half Ganesha and half Hanuman reside, know the story of Madhya Kailash.

Madhya Kailash Temple Chennai: India is called the country of temples. There are many ancient and mysterious temples here, whose secrets no one has been able to know till date. One such mysterious and unique temple is in the southern state of Tamil Nadu. The name of this temple is Madhya Kailash Temple. This famous temple is located in Nadukkayilai, South Chennai. In this temple, Lord Ganesha, the destroyer of obstacles, and Hanuman ji, a great devotee of Shri Ram, sit half in one sitting. However, the main deity of the temple is considered to be Venkata Anand Vinayakar (Ganesh Ji), who has a very special significance for the devotees.

In this unique temple, the idol of half Ganesha and half Hanuman is installed. Madhya Kailash statue is famous for its half statue of Lord Ganesha and half of Hanuman. People know this idol installed in the temple by the name of Adyant Prabhu. The name of Aditya Prabhu means the Lord who has neither any origin nor any end. Aditya Prabhu is merged in the form of Lord Ganesha and Hanuman ji.

In Hindu scriptures and Puranas, Hanuman ji has been described as Chiranjeevi, while Ganesh ji, son of Lord Shiva and Mother Parvati, was also born twice. In the statue in this temple, Ganesh ji is on the right side and Hanuman ji is on the left side. This Kumbhabhishekam of Aditya Prabhu established in the temple was completed in the year 1994. From then till today, devotees from all over the world come to this temple to have darshan of the wonderful and unique statue of Aditya Prabhu.

The story of the installation of the statue is very interesting

The story of the establishment of this statue of Ganesh ji and Hanuman ji installed in the temple is very interesting. According to the priests of the temple, an official of the temple had a vision of this form, after which this statue was created. Aarti of Aditya Prabhu is performed with camphor. After this, every afternoon the priest bathes the idol and starts the ritual in wet clothes. There is also a temple of Lord Shiva, Lord Vishnu and Lord Surya here.
