Lock Up Season 2 Eviction: This week, Netflix’s most talked about and high-voltage drama-filled reality show ‘Lockup Season 2’ took a shocking turn, which shocked all the jail inmates (contestants). Usually, both the hosts of the show Farah Khan and Riteish Deshmukh handle ‘Judgment Day’ together on weekends and keep meeting the contestants throughout the week on the pretext of some task or activity. But this time the makers ignored the jail rules and made the biggest game.

Suddenly in mid-week, Ritesh Deshmukh entered the jail alone. The prisoners thought that a new task was about to take place as usual, but as soon as Ritesh arrived, he announced that today was ‘Judgment Day’ and not just one but two prisoners would be evicted. This sudden decision made the ground slip from under the feet of the contestants.

Defender and controller task

However, Akanksha Chaudhary was alone because of a punishment and she was everyone’s defender. Any controller could dominate them. When Riteish Deshmukh called the controllers in, he was faced with a big dilemma whether to secure his defenders or send them straight for termination (eviction). The condition was that until all five controllers were unanimous, no one could be safe.

Initially Varun (Laila) said yes to save her defender Harshad Chopra. After this, Shreya Kalra decided to secure Ram Kapoor, Dheeraj Dhoopar decided to secure Sufi and Pamela decided to secure Akanksha Chamola. But the big twist came when Shilpa Shinde asked to directly ‘terminate’ her defender Shivangi Joshi instead of saving her. However, according to the condition, it was necessary for everyone to be unanimous, so the other contestants persuaded a lot and finally Shilpa also agreed to save Shivangi Joshi.

Madhuri Grover removed from the show

After this, the real blow fell on the three contestants present in the danger zone. In which the pair of Akanksha Chaudhary, Yogesh Rawat and Madhuri Grover were included. Madhuri Grover (wife of businessman Ashneel Grover) was the controller in this task and Yogesh was her defender.

Actually, in the earlier task, Yogesh had revealed his secret, due to which, along with defender Yogesh, controller Madhuri Grover also came directly into the unsafe zone. When it came to voting, most of the housemates and controllers saved Yogesh, after which Akanksha Choudhary and Madhuri Grover were directly on the verge of being thrown out of the show.

Madhuri’s sacrifice

When the safe contestants went out, Ritesh Deshmukh told both of them that with mutual consent any one member can save himself. On this occasion, Akanksha Chaudhary expressed her desire to remain in the show and Madhuri Grover did not insist or argue to remain in the show. He very calmly agreed to Akanksha’s request and decided to walk out of the show himself. After this decision of Madhuri, the makers shifted Akanksha Chaudhary to the secret room, while Madhuri Grover’s journey from this show is over forever. Now it remains to be seen what new storm Akanksha’s return from the secret room brings in the jail.
