Rajpal Yadav Check Bounce Case: The troubles of Bollywood actor Rajpal Yadav are not showing signs of decreasing. Now a new case of check bounce has come to light against the actor and a case has been registered against him. Priyanka Chopra’s ex-manager and producer Prakash Jaju has leveled check bounce allegations against the actor. A case has been registered against Rajpal under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments. This case is being told of check bounce of Rs 5 lakh. Whereas Rajpal owes a total of Rs 25 lakh in this case. Jaju says that he had charged much less interest than the market rate but even after this neither the principal amount has been paid nor the interest has been paid.
Prakash Jaju told during the conversation that people had to pay through cheque, on which an interest rate of 2 percent was being charged every month. This rate was much lower than the market rate at that time. He had waived the interest for convenience and only demanded the principal amount. He had said that he did not want anything extra. But even after 4 years, neither the principal amount nor the interest was returned. Even when he repeatedly asked for his money back, he got only excuses and sharp replies.
no use arguing
Jaju said- “I realized that there is no use of debate in this matter. Therefore, we decided to adopt the legal path. After this, he registered a case of check bounce under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act in Mhow near Indore and now summons have also been issued in this matter.”
At present, TV9 has questioned Rajpal Yadav in this matter but no reply has come from him till the time of writing the news.
