King: ‘King’ will be the most expensive film of Shahrukh Khan’s career, how much money did SRK spend for his daughter?

Shah Rukh Khan King Budget: Shahrukh Khan, who is called the King of Bollywood, has been working on his upcoming film ‘King’ for a long time. Through this film, Shahrukh will be seen on the big screen after 3 years. After ‘Dinky’ which came in the year 2023, none of his films has been released. This picture is not only special because it is a comeback film, but this film is also close to SRK’s heart because through it his daughter Suhana Khan is debuting on the silver screen. In such a situation, Shahrukh does not want to leave any stone unturned in this film. The budget of the film is said to be more than Rs 400 crore.

In a report by Bollywood Hungama, a source was quoted as saying that the budget of ‘King’ is around Rs 450 crore. And this budget does not include the money spent on print and publicity (promotion). In such a situation, this is the most expensive film of Shahrukh’s career so far. Since ‘King’ is being made under the banner of Shahrukh’s production company Red Chillies, Shahrukh’s fees are also not included in this budget. Otherwise its budget would have increased further.

Got ahead of ‘Jawan’ in terms of budget

till before Shahrukh The most expensive film was ‘Jawaan’ released in the year 2023, which was directed by Atlee. That film was also produced by Red Chillies. Its budget was Rs 300 crore. In such a situation, if this report is to be believed, ‘King’ is the most expensive film of Shahrukh’s career so far. This picture is going to be released on 24th December this year.

The shooting of ‘King’ started in May 2025 and it is expected that the shooting work will be completed by August this year. There is also going to be a lot of VFX in the film. VFX work is also being done by Shahrukh’s company.
