‘King Dashrath also had 3 queens…’, three sisters married the same groom, when there was a ruckus they gave this argument

Amroha Three Sisters Married Cameraman: A surprising case related to marriage is gaining momentum in Amroha district of Uttar Pradesh. Three real sisters living in Dhauria village of Hasanpur area got married with a cameraman in Chamunda Mata temple. The age of all three is between 18 and 20 years. As soon as the wedding video went viral on social media on Wednesday evening, Hindu organizations expressed strong protest, calling it a violation of Sanatan Dharma and social decorum.

However, this video is not confirmed by Tv9 Bharatvarsha. According to the information, Saroj (20 years), Savitri (19 years) and Santosh (18 years), residents of Dhauria village, took Agni around the Chamunda Mata temple on July 17 as witnesses. Cameraman Vikas alias Vikku, a resident of Shyampuri village, took turns filling vermillion in the mangs of the three sisters and all three took blessings by touching their feet. However, no family member from either side was present during this period. Temple manager Dr. Shivcharan Das clarified that at the time of the incident, renovation work was going on in the temple and no priest was present there.

Elder sister is a B.Tech student, got recognition from reels

The four young men and women who got married are very active on social media platforms. All three sisters create reels on Instagram and Facebook, where they have 4.69 lakh followers on Instagram and more than 84 thousand followers on Facebook. The eldest sister Saroj is a second year B.Tech student, while the other two have passed 12th. The groom Vikas is also preparing for LLB after passing 12th this year and he used to play the role of husband in her reels for the last 6 months.

When the controversy deepened after the complaint of business leader Mukesh Gupta and local Hindu organizations, the three sisters released a video and clarified their stand. The sisters say that they have been together since childhood. When the family members tried to arrange the marriage at different places, they decided to marry the same groom together instead of separating. Responding to those who protested, he said, “In earlier times, there was King Dasharatha, who had three queens. Is that an insult? All three of us are adults, happy with our own wishes, so what objection do others have to this?”

Situation of police and local administration

According to Inspector Rajesh Kumar Tiwari, in-charge of Hasanpur Kotwali, the girls who got married have told the police that being adults, they got married in the temple voluntarily. Police are currently gathering information about the entire case.
