
The National Literature Conference – ‘Keshav Kavya Tweet 2026’ organized by BAPS Swaminarayan Research Institute concluded at Swaminarayan Akshardham on Sunday. In this Kavi Sammelan, original poems, muktaks and ghazals in Hindi, Sanskrit and English languages were invited from writers from different corners of the country.
The main themes of the conference were based on spiritual topics like ‘Guru’, ‘God’, ‘Atma Vichar’, ‘Sankhya Vichar’ and ‘Akshaya Anand’. The selection committee chose the best creations from among the best creations submitted from all over the country. After that those excellent composers were invited to give their presentation in Akshardham campus.

A wonderful confluence of language, literature and devotion
The inaugural session began at 1:00 pm with the welcome address by Dr. Gyananandadas Swami (Assistant Director, BAPS Swaminarayan Research Institute, Akshardham, New Delhi), which set the stage for a wonderful confluence of language, literature and devotion.
Weaved beautiful threads of imagination with devotional feelings
One after another the invited poets came on the stage and weaved beautiful threads of imagination with deep devotional feelings. Through their poetry, the writers gave emotionally impactful and thought-provoking presentations on subjects such as the glory of the Guru, love for the Guru, divine grace, divinity of Akshardham and blessings of the Guru.

Concluding with congratulation of the winning poets
In their addresses, the guests appreciated poetry as a natural and beautiful expression of devotion and described such initiatives as an ideal bridge between literature and spirituality. The grand ceremony ended with the felicitation of the award winning poets, who were honored with citations.
Many prominent personalities registered their presence
Many prominent personalities registered their presence in the program. These include former judicial member of the Lokpal Committee and the first woman Chief Justice of Manipur High Court, Justice Abhilasha Kumari, Vice Chancellor of Maharishi Panini Sanskrit and Vedic University, Prof. Shiv Shankar Mishra, Vice Chancellor of Swami Vivekananda Subharti University, Prof. Many prominent personalities including Pramod Kumar Sharma were present.

Apart from these, Amar Ujala editor Uday Kumar, Navbharat Times editor Ashish Pandey, Doordarshan anchor and Sanskrit Vartavali editor-in-chief Dr. Narayan Dutt Mishra. Chairman of The Daily Pioneer Prashant Tiwari, retired Additional District Magistrate of Prayagraj, National Sanskrit Poet Award winner Prof. Prem Shankar Sharma, Metro Editor of Dainik Jagran Swadesh Kumar, IAS Shubham Singh, Editor-in-Chief of Motherland Voice Sanjay Upadhyay, Hemant Keshav Sharma, member of the leadership team of The Pioneer etc. guests graced the stage.
