What not to do during Kanwar Yatra?

Protect the water of Kanwar from getting impure and do not break the rules of Yatra without any reason. If due to any compulsion it is not possible to complete the journey, then pray to Lord Shiva with devotion.

Kanwar Yatra is not just a religious tradition but is considered a symbol of faith, restraint and penance. In this journey, devotees fill water from the holy river and travel on foot to reach the temple of Lord Shiva and offer water on the Shivalinga.
