Kantara Controversy: Bollywood’s ‘Dhurandhar’ Ranveer Singh is making a lot of headlines at the moment. Recently, the ‘Kantara’ mimicry controversy had stopped and now leaving ‘Don 3’ has become a heavy burden for the actor. Yes, FWICE has ordered to ban the actor from the film industry. Meanwhile, the actor has reached Chamundeshwari temple in Mysore. The actor’s picture has surfaced from inside the temple. The actor is seen wearing a garland of flowers around his neck and tilak on his forehead. Actually, on the morning of 26th May, Ranveer Singh was spotted at the airport in white kurta-pajama. However, the reason for reaching the temple is not the ban but the Kantara dispute.
In fact, the Karnataka High Court has given its verdict without any condition in the ‘Kantara Mimicry Controversy’. Ranveer Singh Had accepted the apology. However, he was then instructed to visit Chamundeshwari temple within four weeks. With which he has now reached the temple. This whole matter started during the 56th International Film Festival of India held in Goa. Where Ranveer Singh was seen mimicking Rishabh Shetty’s character in the film ‘Kantara: Chapter 1’. After this an FIR was registered against him. Even the actor was accused of calling Chamundeshwari Devi a ghost.
FWICE bans Ranveer Singh
Ranveer Singh is in the news at the moment. The second reason for which is exit from DON 3. Farhan Akhtar had already raised his voice against the actor leaving the film. Also a demand of Rs 40 crore was made to compensate for the loss. But the matter was not resolved, and yesterday it was revealed that the Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) has banned the actor. Actually, non-cooperation directive has been issued against the actor. Where the entire industry has been told not to work with them. The actor had left the film shortly before the start of DON 3, after which this big step has been taken regarding him.
Ranveer Singh is the most in-demand actor at the moment, because his last two films have earned huge sums at the box office. Now that the Kantara mimicry controversy was over, another problem has emerged for the actor. However, there has been no direct statement from Ranveer Singh regarding Don 3. His team has put forward the actor’s point. Also, following the order of the High Court, he is currently reaching the temple. The actor had come out in the morning itself, where he ignored the paparazzi and moved ahead.
