Kaliyug End: There is a description of four yugas in Sanatan Dharma scriptures and Puranas, in which the first is Satyayuga, the second is Tretayuga, the third is Dwapar Yuga and the fourth which is a part of our lives i.e. Kaliyuga. In the scriptures and Puranas, Kaliyuga has been described as the era of sin, unrighteousness, untruth and challenging situations, but this era is also considered most favorable for the attainment of devotion and religion.

When did Kaliyuga start?
The time of death of Lord Krishna, around 3102 BC, is considered to be the beginning of Kaliyuga. This is said to be the time when Dwapar Yuga ended and then Kaliyuga started. Before Kaliyuga started, Abhimanyu’s son had talked to King Parikshit and asked for five places on earth where he could live.
On this, King Parikshit had given permission to Kalyug to live in the four main unrighteous areas of gambling, drinking, sex with women and violence. Apart from this, Kaliyuga had demanded residence in gold. Parikshit had allowed Kaliyuga to remain in sleep. The total time of Kaliyuga is considered to be 4,32,000 years. About 5,126 years have passed so far. The remaining time is approximately 4,26,874 years.
These events will happen at the end of Kaliyuga
Some events occurring at the end of Kaliyuga have been mentioned in the Puranas. At the end of Kaliyuga, human life will become very short. The value of relationships will end. The total lifespan of a human being will be only 20 years. Childhood, youth, marriage, children and old age will all happen in these 20 years. The height of man will also reduce to just 4 feet. There will be unseasonal rains, fruits and flowers will appear on the Neem tree.
Cows will stop giving milk. The sea will exceed its limits and enter the cities. At the end of Kaliyuga, when unrighteousness, injustice and oppression will be at its peak, Lord Vishnu will take birth in his 10th incarnation as Kalki and establish religion on earth again. Kalki Avatar will come sitting on a white horse and carrying a sword in his hand.
