‘Ramayana Part 1’ is one of the most awaited Indian films. This multi-starrer film has a very big budget and will be released in two parts. Actress Kajal Aggarwal will play the role of Lankeshwar’s wife Mandodari in the film. He said many things regarding this during a recent interview. The actress also revealed that her role in Part 1 is smaller than expected. Along with this, the experience of working with actor Yash has also been told.
Talking about the rest of the star cast of ‘Ramayana’, Ranbir Singh will be seen in the role of Lord Ram and actress Sai Pallavi is playing the role of Sita ji. Sunny Deol will be seen playing the role of Lord Hanuman. It will be interesting for the audience to see many big faces on screen. Ramayana is related to people’s emotions, that is why people are eagerly waiting for this film.
Why is Kajal Aggarwal’s screen time less?
During a conversation in an interview, Kajol Aggarwal told that very little of her glimpse will be seen in the first part, because most of the story is completed even before reaching Lanka. Because of this, his role will not get much screen time in the first chapter.
The actress said, “We have just shot the first part and obviously the story of Lanka is less in it and I am playing the role of Mandodari, so obviously my role is very limited, despite this it was a great experience.” Apart from this, Kajal Aggarwal also expressed her gratitude for being a part of this grand film.
Experience of working with Yash
Kajal Aggarwal also shared her experience of working with actor Yash in ‘Ramayana Part One’ and praised him a lot. While talking, she said, “He is a fantastic actor, I have always been his fan. Working with him was a very amazing experience, he is completely dedicated to the film, so I think it is very exciting for all of us and he (Yash) is very professional. At the same time, he is also very talented.”
When will ‘Ramayana 1’ be released?
The first part of Ramayana will be released during Diwali this year, while the second part is also likely to be released during Diwali next year. The makers had also shared a glimpse of it. In which spectacular scenes of Ranbir, Sai Pallavi and Ayodhya were seen. The film has been directed by Nitesh Tiwari. According to the information, its trailer will be launched 100 days before the film’s release.
