How to check call history through My Jio App
If you want to check the call history, then first of all go to My phone in your phone. jio Must have App. After installing the app, open the app and click on Mobile, you will see this option at the top only. After tapping on the mobile, scroll down a bit and you will see the option of My Statement in the Recharge and History section. Click on this option, on the next step you will be asked whether you want 7 days, 15 days, 30 days or custom date (in this you can enter the date from when till when you want the history).
The company says that up to 180 days of history can be retrieved through this app. Apart from this, you will get three more options, firstly you want the statement on email, want to view the statement or want to download the statement. You can choose any option as per your convenience.
