This romantic thriller film, released in 2006, became one of the highest-grossing Hindi films of that year. In this film, Shruti Seth played the role of Kajol’s friend Fatima. As soon as 20 years of the release of this film were completed, Shruti Seth had a special conversation. The actress recalled the incident when late choreographer Saroj Khan got angry at her. Saroj Khan had choreographed the film’s famous patriotic song ‘Desh Rangeela’.
Shruti Seth, who has worked in many Bollywood films and TV shows, recalled the experience of working with late choreographer Saroj Khan on the song ‘Des Rangeela’ from Aamir Khan’s film ‘Fanaa’. Recalling an incident from this film, Shruti Seth said that when she was once talking to her boyfriend, Saroj Khan had adopted a strict stance and scolded her in front of everyone.
Shruti Seth’s revelation
In a recent conversation, Shruti Seth said, “This was my first Yash Raj film, my first film, it will always be special for me. I got scolded by him a lot. The thing is that a person is able to understand the world from where all these legends come. Today we can sit and say that no one should talk to their crew like this.”
When Saroj Khan scolded
Shruti Seth then recalled the incident due to which Khan scolded her and asked her a difficult question. The actress said, “I got scolded because when she was placing the order, I was busy talking to my then boyfriend. She told me to come here right now. Everyone would stop and Shruti would perform in front of everyone. It was the most embarrassing experience of my life. She got angry at me and said, do you think you deserve to be here? I was just so nervous.”
