ISI-Mumbai underworld’s new terrorist module revealed… A new ‘Jihadi brigade’ was being prepared near Dawood Ibrahim’s house.

June 1, 2026 by Uma Shankar

A big revelation has come to light in the investigation by the Special Cell of Delhi Police and central agencies. During the interrogation of the arrested accused, a new terrorist module of Pakistan’s intelligence agency ISI and Mumbai underworld has been exposed. It is claimed that this entire module was allegedly being operated by Munna Jhigara, a close aide of Dawood Ibrahim and a special aide of Chhota Shakeel.

According to sources, Munna Jhigara has kept his safe house near a five star hotel, about 4 kilometers away from Dawood Ibrahim’s alleged White House hideout in Karachi. Interrogation of the arrested accused revealed that Munna Jhigadha was busy preparing a new jihadi brigade of the underworld in India through video calls from this safe house. The investigating agencies have also received information that Jhigaada had also sent his recent photographs to his network members, so that his identity and contacts remain constant.

Recruitment was being done through drugs and money

During interrogation, it was revealed that many boys associated with the module were addicted to chitta (heroin). Taking advantage of this weakness of his, Munna Jhigaada also arranged heroin for him. There were clear indications of demand for money and drugs in the chats between the accused and their Pakistan-based handlers.

According to sources, the members of the module had demanded Rs 20 lakh to carry out major crimes in India. After this, token money was allegedly made available and weapons and hand grenades sent from Pakistan were dropped in Gurdaspur area of Punjab. Investigating agencies believe that this entire action was taken on the instructions of Munna Jhigara and Pakistani ISI.

Trying to become active again in Mumbai underworld

Sources in security agencies say that in view of the increasing age of Dawood Ibrahim and Chhota Shakeel and the weakening network of D-Company, the underworld was once again trying to strengthen its hold in Mumbai. Under this strategy, the bet was placed on old and trusted ally Munna Jhigara. However, Indian security agencies destroyed this module before it could succeed in its purpose.

Jhigaada may get big responsibility

According to sources, Munna Jhighada, a resident of Kurla, has been associated with the older generation of the underworld and his old contacts in the crime world are still active. Investigation has also revealed that an attempt was being made to strengthen D-Company by adding new boys. People like Hufaiza, who are said to be involved in this network, were in direct contact with Munna Jhigara. At present, raids are going on at many places in Mumbai to arrest Hufaiza. Security agencies are thoroughly investigating the financial, logistics and international links of the entire network.
