People going to office come out well prepared in the morning. The skin also looks fresh and glowing. But as the day passes, a different dullness starts appearing on the face. Especially the faces of women appear completely blotted out. Even after sitting in AC, the glow on the face starts fading. In such a situation, many women are worried as to why their face looks so tired and dull in the evening.

In fact, continuously sitting in front of the computer screen, staying in AC for hours, not drinking water at the right time and work pressure gradually reduces the natural glow of the skin. Many people ignore it considering it to be just fatigue, whereas it can also be a sign related to your lifestyle and skin health. Effect of screen time on skin

According to Dr. Vijay Singhal, Senior Consultant Dermatologist, Sribalaji Action Medical Institute, Delhi, staying in front of a laptop or computer screen for a long time causes the natural moisture of the skin to reduce, due to which the face can look dry and lifeless. According to experts, the blue light emitted from the screen can increase oxidative stress on the skin, which can cause problems like premature wrinkles, pigmentation and dullness.

Office work, deadlines and constant mental stress also affect skin health. When stress increases, such hormones are released in the body, which can reduce the glow of the skin. Apart from this, drinking less water, irregular eating habits and lack of sleep make the face look tired and pale.

How to take care of skin

Experts say that if you are also working and spend 8-9 hours in the office, then keeping some things in mind can make your skin healthy. For this, it is most important to use sunscreen before working on the laptop. Apart from this, wear blue light protection glasses to protect your eyes. The most important thing is to take breaks at regular intervals while working. This will increase physical activity and also help in reducing mental stress.
