Amidst the huge uproar in the case of trainee IPS officer Udaya Krishna Reddy, doctors revealed shocking facts. Udaya Krishna Reddy was admitted to the hospital on Monday after allegedly attempting suicide. Later, police investigation revealed that the entire incident was a drama staged by Uday Krishna to gain sympathy.
After finding a liquor bottle and sanitizer near his bed and suspecting a suicide attempt, his brother Prannoy Krishna Reddy took him to a private hospital in SR Nagar at 9:30 am on Monday. Doctors immediately started treatment and sent blood samples for testing. Everyone was surprised when the report found no poisonous substance in his blood.
Internal committee formed to investigate
Police suspect that due to the trouble and humiliation caused by the harassment case registered against him, he drank alcohol excessively and wrote the suicide note in an inebriated state. Meanwhile, the authorities have formed an internal committee to investigate the incidents that took place at the National Police Academy (NPA). As part of the investigation, Attapur police officials met representatives of the NPA.

Udaya Krishna Reddy, resident of Prakasam district of Andhra Pradesh, earlier worked as a police constable. However, he has been temporarily suspended from the police academy after a case of sexual harassment was filed by a fellow female IPS officer. After getting the job through hard work, when they were expecting posting in two months, the discussion has started due to the surfacing of such allegations.

He told that he was in a relationship with the female trainee IPS officer who had accused him for a year and he had sent evidence of their WhatsApp chats and accompanying videos to the woman’s husband. He wrote in his suicide note that due to this resentment, the woman made baseless allegations against him. He told that all the evidence related to this case was in his phone. After this, the police confiscated the phone and started the process of extracting important information from it.
