Oakter Studio AC 5000 (2026) Launch: Indian consumer electronics brand Oakter has launched the new compact Oakter Studio AC 5000 (2026) model. This 0.5 Ton 3 Star Inverter Window AC will fulfill the needs of those who are looking for an air conditioner for a small camera, this AC is for study rooms and small workspaces. Compared to fixed speed AC, inverter cooling technology has been used in this new AC which helps in saving electricity. This AC has been launched at Rs 144999, but note that the company will also charge GST separately, after which the price of this AC will be Rs 16999. This lightweight and portable AC will run smoothly even on a normal 6A household power socket.
The company says that this AC has been designed for spaces up to 75 sqft and its weight is approximately 22 kg. Apart from the company’s official site, you will be able to buy this AC from Flipkart and Amazon.
This much amount of electricity will be spent on running AC for 1 hour.
This AC with inverter based technology has been designed to provide more stable cooling performance with less energy consumption. The company claims that the AC consumes approximately 500W of electricity, which is equivalent to approximately one unit of electricity in two hours. The Times of India report states that the estimated cost of running it is around Rs 4 per hour. This model has also received 3 star energy rating. Talking about extra features, this model includes anti-dust filter, low noise operation and CWRC cooling system, which the company says helps in reducing water dripping outside the unit.
This AC is designed to provide cooling in areas with humidity and high temperatures and it targets users in different climatic regions of India. The AC comes with remote control, mounting frame, one year warranty on the unit and five years warranty on the compressor.
