
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav gave incentive amount to more than 760 units with a single click. He also gave assistance of Rs 1.5 crore to 137 startups of the state. Under Madhya Pradesh Investment Promotion Scheme, financial assistance of Rs 1274 crore was given to large industries. Entrepreneurs were given land allotment letters and loan approval letters for setting up industries. Dewas, Pandhurna, Tikamgarh, Ujjain got the gift of MSME building.
288 plots were given in Multanpura Industrial Area in Mandsaur, 165 plots in Mandla, 61 plots in Jabalpur, 50 plots in Betul, 68 plots in New Industrial Area of Katni, 127 plots in Sargana Industrial Area of Neemuch, 103 plots were given in Dabriya Industrial Area of Khargone. MoUs were also signed between Play and Plug India Private Limited and MSME Department to encourage startups. In the summit, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also interacted with the entrepreneurs of Katni and Mandla.
Women power representation increased by 59 percent
on this occasion Chief Minister Yadav Said that the command of more than 4 lakh 41 thousand MSME units in the state is in the hands of mothers and sisters. Compared to previous years, the representation of women power in MSMEs has increased by 59 percent between 2024 and 2026. The state government has created 16 clusters for the industrial development of the state and work is going on on 14 new clusters. The state has achieved remarkable success in ODOP.
In the year 2025-26, 20 products of Madhya Pradesh have got GI tags. Understanding the difficulties of everyone, the state government is moving forward in the stream of development with simplicity, rationality and its transparent decisions. He said that for a developed India, it is also necessary to build a developed Madhya Pradesh. The state government has decided to organize the upcoming Global Investors Summit (GIS) in Bhopal. Also, the year 2026 has been declared as the Farmer Welfare Year.
Throughout this year, the agriculture sector will be taken to new heights in a modern way. In the Farmer Welfare Year, loans are being given to farmers at zero interest rate. He said that farmers have been given a new gift to repay their loans. Farmers will be able to repay the loan within a period of 12 months from the date on which they take the loan. For this, the requirement of 31st March has been abolished. The state government will celebrate the year 2027 as the Year of Youth Welfare. The government is working for the welfare of the poor, farmers, youth and women. The state government considered the year 2024 as the year of poor welfare and the year 2025 as the year of industry and employment.

Foreign investment increasing rapidly in MP
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that more than 200 Sandipani schools are being opened in the state, so that children get quality education. Madhya Pradesh is the youngest state. The young generation should get all the facilities for a golden Madhya Pradesh. Foreign investment in the state is also increasing rapidly. Out of the MOUs signed so far, investment worth Rs 9,300 crore has come on the ground. Canada’s McMann company Agar Malwa, two big UK companies Pithampur, Japan, China, Ireland and South Korean companies are investing in the state.
He said that the demand to reduce the market fee on cotton to half was being made for 25 years. Due to this not happening, our cotton producing farmers were forced to sell their produce in Maharashtra and other neighboring states. The state government has given a gift to the cotton producing farmers of the state by reducing the market fees. Similarly, there was the same problem with Arhar (Toor) dal also. He said that the state government will work on preparing the revenue model of each district. The district should prosper by encouraging trade based on the suitability of the district.
New heights achieved in industry development
In the program, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Minister Chetanya Kashyap said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, Madhya Pradesh has achieved new heights in the field of industrial development. When there is vision in the leadership, the budget of MMME department increases from Rs 1100 crore to Rs 2100 crore. The state government has directly benefited the entrepreneurs by increasing the budget of the department. To establish an industry, first of all land is required and adequate land bank is available in Madhya Pradesh. In the last one year, about 1200 plots have been allotted to set up industries. 3000 more plots will be allotted in the next one and a half years.
Investment started appearing on the ground
Chief Secretary Anurag Jain said that in the development journey of Madhya Pradesh, 49 percent of exports come from MSME sector. Out of the investment proposals received during GIS in the state, investment worth Rs 9 lakh crore has started becoming visible on the ground. Investment gives impetus to GDP. Madhya Pradesh has jumped 4 places in the export of MSME products in a year. In this matter, Madhya Pradesh is now at 11th position in the country.
Madhya Pradesh is the state which implemented 23 reforms decided by the Government of India 100 percent and became the top achiever in the country. Public Trust Bill was passed for the first time in the state. In the last one year, 8500 companies have got bank loan approval. Principal Secretary MSME Raghavendra Kumar said that the state government has given more than Rs 11,500 crore as investment promotion assistance under the MSME and Industry Department in the last two and a half years. Today on International MSME Day, an amount of Rs 235 crore has been distributed to more than 750 units through a single click.

Entrepreneur Dr. Piyush Kumar Singh said that Madhya Pradesh is a state which not only establishes industries but also takes the industries forward. Many processes have to be completed during the establishment of any industry. Due to the efforts of the state government, an industry friendly environment has been created. The industrial policies of Madhya Pradesh are very transparent. The support we received from the state government is the capital of success. Our company has invested Rs 200 crore in the state. Our company is making medicine for a rare disease which is never available in the world.
