During this, Yastika played a brilliant inning of 113 runs, while Richa Ghosh came later and plundered runs quickly and played an unbeaten inning of 50 runs in just 52 balls. Apart from them, Smriti Mandhana missed a century in this innings too and was out after scoring 70 runs.
On the basis of these innings, Team India achieved a lead of 456 runs over England and set a very difficult target for the host team. In response, on the basis of Kranti Gaur’s lethal bowling, India took a lead of 115 runs by bowling out England’s first innings for just 170 runs.
