Why did Rohit Sharma reach England during the T20 series?

Actually, the Indian team has to play a 3-match ODI series against England immediately after the T20 series. The first match of this ODI series is to be played on July 14 at the Edgbaston ground in Birmingham. Rohit Sharma is only a part of the ODI format, so he has reached England well in time to strengthen his preparations for this series so that he can adapt himself to the conditions and weather there.
