The first match of the T20 series between India and England ended without any result. The match played on Wednesday 1 July at Chester-le-Street in Durham County was washed out due to rain. In this match, Team India batted first and scored 189 runs. But before England could set out to achieve this target, the rain set in and showed no signs of stopping.
