The news of Hardik being out of the ODI series has come a day after he passed the fitness test. According to TOI report, Hardik Pandya has sprained his legs, due to which he has to be ruled out of the ODI series. Due to sprain in his legs, Hardik may have to spend the next 2 weeks in BCCI’s Center of Excellence in Bengaluru.
Hardik sprains his legs, out of ODI against AFG
The ODI series between India and Afghanistan is starting from June 13. The first ODI is to be played in Dharamshala, for which hardik pandya Was to join Team India on 11th June. But, the sprain in his legs has now extended his wait to join Team India. BCCI official has given information about this to Times of India. The newspaper, quoting a BCCI official, said about Pandya’s injury that he has a low grade injury. Pandya has a sprain between his legs. However, this injury will not last long. The medical staff has advised him to take rest for the next few days so that the sprain does not get worse.
Hardik Pandya arrived at a hospital in Bengaluru yesterday in his Ferrari for a routine checkup.

Return was to happen after 14 months, wait increased
Hardik Pandya was about to return to ODI cricket after 14 months in the series against Afghanistan. But now they will have to wait a little more. After Pandya’s exit from the ODI team, it will also be interesting to see whether BCCI announces his replacement or not.
After playing the first ODI on June 13, the teams of India and Afghanistan will go to Lucknow for the second ODI. There will be a competition there on 17th June. India and Afghanistan will face each other in the third and final match on June 20 in Chennai.
