Bharatiya Janata Party has called an important meeting of all its state presidents across the country on June 1 at its headquarters in Delhi. This meeting will start at 11:00 am and it will be presided over by the party’s national president Nitin Naveen. According to sources, in this meeting the outline of the programs and public relations campaigns to be organized on the occasion of completion of 12 years in power of the Central Government will also be discussed in detail.
In this meeting, the party’s Organization General Secretary B.L. All the National General Secretaries including Santosh will be present. During this session, the functioning and expansion plans of the party in various states will be discussed, as well as the organizational activities will also be reviewed. Through these campaigns, the party aims to formulate a strategy that can effectively communicate the achievements of the central government to the public. Through the meeting, the party leadership aims to strengthen organizational coordination and provide clear guidelines to the states regarding the upcoming political programmes.
Apart from this, detailed discussions are also expected regarding preparations for the upcoming assembly and other elections, current political challenges and formulating new election strategies. During the meeting, special emphasis will be laid on strengthening the party organization up to the booth level and increasing the active participation of party workers.
Meeting on June 10 on completion of two years of central government
Administrative and political preparations have intensified for the cabinet expansion before the third term of the central government. A major reshuffle in the Union Cabinet is expected right after the completion of two years of the government on June 9 and the meeting of the Council of Chief Ministers of National Democratic Alliance (NDA) ruled states on June 10. As soon as this expansion is completed, the outline of the new team for the central organization of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will also be revealed.
Resignation of ministers possible to strengthen the organization
According to reports coming from political circles, Harsh Malhotra who recently took charge of the Delhi state unit and Pankaj Chaudhary who is the organizational head of Uttar Pradesh, the state where assembly elections are going to be held soon. He may soon resign from his posts as Union Minister, so that he can concentrate completely on organizational responsibilities. Sources say that the top leadership is currently engaged in intensive discussions on both the matters of including new faces in the cabinet and forming a new organizational team under the leadership of National President Nitin Naveen.
It is expected that this Cabinet expansion will be finalized sometime after the Chief Ministers’ meeting, but before June 20; After which the list of new office bearers for the national organization will also be released.
