As AI is changing the dynamics of industries across the world, it is also raising questions about the future of India’s large services and outsourcing sectors. Sandeep Patel said that India’s biggest strength is its young population. More than half of the country’s 1.4 billion people are under the age of 30, creating a large talent pool for AI-related jobs in the future.
India produces thousands of engineering graduates every year, many of them work in technology services. But, with AI tools now able to handle complex tasks like testing, coding and data processing, concerns about job disruption have increased. Furthermore, the organization strongly believes that AI can improve productivity and create new opportunities in the advanced technology sector.

Sandeep Patel has also said that if India wants to lead in AI tech instead of becoming just a service provider, then there is a need to strengthen intellectual property protection. He said that companies should be confident that the innovations developed in India will be safe and will become commercially valuable in the international market.
Better IP safeguards can lead to more research, investment and product development in the country. As economies around the world move towards AI, India’s success may depend on whether it engages youth with large-scale training, supportive regulation and strong innovation.
