
Before the start of the monsoon session of Parliament, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that the country has achieved many achievements in the recent past. Apart from the national and international level, the success achieved in the field of space is also important. He said that the youth of India have set out on a new journey into space. The average age of the entire team working in ‘Skyroot’ startup is only 28 years. The youth have achieved this feat.
In his address before the start of the Parliament session, PM Modi said, “Whether it is monsoon or monsoon session – if both are active, they prove to be very beneficial. And when both are beneficial, it leads to the welfare of the country and the welfare of all living beings. That is why we pray that the monsoon remains active and beneficial and the monsoon session also proves to be beneficial.”
Proud moment for India: PM Modi
He said, “In the last month, the country has achieved many achievements. The countrymen should be filled with pride, a series of such achievements has been going on. Be it national level, international level and now we can also talk about the field of space. In a way, it has been a proud moment for India.”
Praising the youth, PM Modi said, “The youth of India have set out on a new journey in space. I was told that the average age of the entire team working in the ‘Skyroot’ startup is only 28 years. Such youth have achieved this feat. I am not talking about any 56 year old youth.”
Youth have limitless ambitions: PM Modi
He said, “Last year, just before the monsoon session, an Indian citizen was on the International Space Station (ISS). Now 2 days ago, a start-up led by the youth of the country achieved a huge success, which very few countries have been able to achieve till now.”
PM Modi said that he instilled confidence among Indians and increased India’s prestige in the world. It gives the message that the capabilities and ambitions of our youth are as limitless as space.
Referring to the achievements made in the past few days, PM Modi said, “A few days ago, a large oil refinery was dedicated to the country. Semiconductor plants have also been set up. Similarly, India’s first hydrogen-powered train was inaugurated, making India one of the few countries to have achieved this feat. Moreover, it has the most powerful engine and the longest non-stop range.”
He said that this is the result of the goals set by India’s innovators, engineers and entrepreneurs with the aim of doing something for the country. The country has now moved aboard the Reform Express. The result of this is that the youth of India are able to take such great courage and are also becoming successful.
Referring to the Gulf crisis, PM Modi said, “…a situation of war constantly arises somewhere. Due to the war in West Asia, there was a big crisis in India too. It caused many obstacles in every field. Even after this, India grew with a growth of 7.7%. This is an introduction to India’s strength.”
