Hyderabad Trainee IPS Case: In the National Police Academy, Hyderabad, a female trainee IPS had accused another male trainee IPS of sexual harassment, after which the male trainee IPS officer tried to commit suicide by drinking poison. Now the suicide note of that male trainee officer has also come to light, in which he has held four people responsible. In the case of alleged suicide of trainee IPS officer Udaya Krishna Reddy, an alleged suicide note has now come to light, in which he has claimed to hold four people responsible for his death before attempting suicide. In this note, his relationship with a female trainee IPS officer, the dispute between them and the alleged allegations made later. However, all the claims made in the suicide note have not been independently verified and the investigation into the matter is ongoing.
In the suicide note, Udaya Krishna Reddy wrote that he had a relationship with a female trainee IPS officer since June 2025. He claimed that even after the marriage of the female officer, contact between the two continued. It is also said in the note that one day a female officer reached his room and there was a dispute between the two regarding opening the door.

Reddy claimed that he had video recorded the entire incident to avoid any possible controversy and misunderstanding in future. He also wrote that the related video was later sent to the woman officer’s husband, so that the correct information about the incident could be revealed. However, according to him, after this the entire matter was presented differently.
In the suicide note, Reddy has alleged that he was falsely accused of sexual harassment and was constantly mentally harassed. He wrote that the lady officer, her husband and some of his friends harassed him without knowing the whole truth, due to which he became mentally broken.
Police is investigating the matter
In his note, Reddy claimed that all the evidence related to his allegations was present in his iPhone and Android phones. He has demanded the investigating agencies to investigate these electronic devices and take legal action against the people concerned. At the end of the note he has written “Satyamev Jayate”.
At present, police and investigating agencies are investigating all aspects of the case. The truth of the entire matter is expected to emerge on the basis of forensic examination of electronic devices, digital evidence and other available evidence. Till the investigation is completed, all the allegations made in the suicide note are being treated only as claims and the responsibility of any party has not been officially decided yet.
