Huma Qureshi: Bhai don’t say… Why did Nawazuddin scold Huma before this scene of ‘Gangs of Wasseypur’?

Huma Qureshi: Bollywood actress Huma Qureshi’s ‘Baby Do Die Do’ has been released. The film has not even done a business of Rs 1 crore on the first day. However, Huma Qureshi’s acting in this action-thriller film is being praised a lot. But the film has not received any special reviews, people are also not happy with the story of the film. Of course, this film may have had a slow start, but Huma Qureshi has played many wonderful characters in her career. One of which is Mohsina of ‘Gangs of Wasseypur’. She was seen opposite Nawazuddin Siddiqui in the picture. However, now the actress told in an interview that before a romantic scene, Nawazuddin Siddiqui had scolded the actress because she was calling the actor Nawaz Bhai.

Huma Qureshi Currently, she is engaged in the promotions of her film ‘Baby Do Die Do’. For which she reached Lallantop, during which she talked about some scenes of the film ‘Gangs of Wasseypur’. He also narrated the story of that romantic scene, before which Nawazuddin Siddiqui had called him and scolded him. Actually, Huma Qureshi’s chemistry with Nawazuddin in the film and her iconic dialogue “Permission Leni Chahiye Na” was much liked.

Why was Huma scolded for calling him ‘Nawaz Bhai’?

Huma Qureshi was asked in an interview whether she used to call Nawazuddin Siddiqui as Nawaz Bhai even before the romantic scenes in ‘Gangs of Wasseypur’. So on this she tells the story that – “He scolded me a lot regarding this. Come here, believe whatever you want from your heart, but if you call me brother before the romantic scene, then how will I romance.” During this, she also tells about the fees of the film. The actress says- These people had robbed me a lot, however, she was seen saying everything with a lot of humor. Let us tell you that Huma Qureshi got a fee between Rs 65,000 to Rs 75,000 for both the parts of the film ‘Gangs of Wasseypur’. During this, she was also seen talking about her iconic dialogue “Permission Leni Chahiye Na”.

Actually, ‘Gangs of Wasseypur’ is a cult film, whose director, co-writer and producer is Anurag Kashyap. Whereas, the story was written together by Anurag Kashyap and Zeeshan Qadri. The first part of the film was released on 22 June 2012 and Part 2 was released on 8 August 2012. In the film, Nawazuddin Siddiqui played the role of Faizal Khan and Manoj Bajpayee created a stir in the role of Sardar Khan. At the same time, Richa Chadha, Tigmanshu Dhulia and Pankaj Tripathi also did a great job.
