Why is moong dal beneficial? Moong is called summer dal because it has cooling nature. It contains many essential nutrients including protein. If you are bored of eating its khichdi, then you can make things like cheela and cutlets from it. Know...<b>Moong Dal Dosa</b>– If you want to eat healthy food in the evening snack then green lentil dosa is best for this. After soaking the lentils, grind them and leave them to ferment. Now make a thin paste of it and if you want, you can also add spices to it. It is lighter than rice dosa and also provides double the health benefits. Prepare dal dosa by putting its thin paste on a non-stick pan and taste it with coconut chutney.” /></a><a href=<b>Moong Dal Cutlet</b>– Grind soaked moong dal and mix mashed potatoes, chopped vegetables and spices properly in it. Now give it the shape of a cutlet and add some oil to the pan and shallow fry it. Keep in mind that the cutlets have to be cooked on low flame only. Serve it with tomato ketchup or coriander-chilli green chutney.” /></a><a href=<b>Moong Dal Cheela</b>– To make green lentil cheela, first soak it well. After grinding, add soaked semolina, green chilli paste and ginger and make a thick paste. After spreading oil on the pan, pour the batter and spread it like cheela. Healthy and tasty evening snack is ready.” /></a><a href=<b>Moong Dal Sprouts Chaat</b>– The sprouts of this lentil are considered the most healthy. By eating it in the form of sprouts, you can avoid eating oily and spicy foods. Bring the sprouts to a boil and when they cool down, add finely chopped cucumber, tomato and onion. Add spices to it and eat it with pleasure. If you have time, you can also make moong dal idli in the evening.” /></a></p>
