Many big terrorists including Hizbul Mujahideen Chief Syed Salauddin and Al-Badr Chief Bakht Zameen Khan attended the Namaz-e-Janaza of Hamza Burhan. Terrorist Hamza Burhan was buried in Islamabad. Heavy security was seen during his Namaz-e-Janaza. The terrorists present at the funeral were seen with AK-47 and many modern weapons. The terrorists deployed under the security of Al-Badr Chief Bakht Zamin Khan were fully armed. This clearly shows that there is a fear of unknown attackers in terrorist organizations.
Hamza Burhan, who was the mastermind of the Pulwama attack, was shot dead by unknown assailants in Muzaffarabad, POK on Thursday. After his murder, there was a stir between terrorist organizations in Pakistan and POK.
Hamza was an important pawn for ISI
Hamza Burhan was not just a terrorist, but was considered a very important pawn for ISI. He was running many terrorist launching pads in POK. In these camps, terrorists were trained and brainwashed. Hamza was originally a resident of Ratnipora area of Pulwama district of Jammu and Kashmir. He had prepared a large network of over ground workers i.e. OGW in Kashmir.
According to security agencies, he was involved in anti-India terrorist activities for a long time. His full name was Arjmand Gulzar Dar alias Doctor. He was the top commander of the terrorist organization Al-Badr. In South Kashmir, he was said to have played a big role in pushing the youth towards radicalism and recruiting them into terrorist organizations.
Went to Pakistan 7 years ago
It is said that about 7 years ago he had gone to Pakistan through valid documents. There he joined Al-Badr organization and later became its operational commander. Sitting in Pakistan, he was running a network of recruitment, funding and supply of weapons to terrorists in Kashmir.
Indian security agencies had kept him in the most wanted list for a long time. The Home Ministry of India officially declared him a terrorist in 2022. According to the Home Ministry, he was active in spreading terror in Pulwama and South Kashmir, involving youth in terrorist activities and raising funds for terrorism.
