July 3, 2026 by Uma Shankar

In the press conference, Uddhav Thackeray informed about the agitation on the donation theft case in Ayodhya Ram temple. He said that today I will talk on an important topic. Thackeray said that there is worry in the minds of the entire country, there is no one responsible, the time has come to attack its root. He said that the root of BJP’s power is Ram Mandir. Many Shiv Sainiks were involved in the movement regarding Ram temple, but what is happening today is worrying. Mumbai has suffered a lot due to the battle of Ram temple, in which there have been bomb blasts and riots. He said that BJP had 2 MPs at that time but after Ram Mandir their government is in power today.

Thackeray said that today the MLAs and MPs being broken is being called an operation but evidence of the robbery taking place at the Ram temple has come to light and the allegation is that the stolen money is being used in the elections. Just as Atal Bihari ji had said that now a Hindu will not be beaten, similarly now the time has come to say that a Hindu will not forgive. He said that we all will gather at Dadar Ram Temple on 5th July and express our protest, those who are Hindus who have not given up the idea of Balasaheb should join this movement.

‘We will do Ram Raksha Andolan’

Thackeray said that we will do Ram Raksha Andolan. The program is starting the day after tomorrow, after this, wherever there is Ram temple and Hanuman temple, they will do Ram Raksha Andolan against BJP, you are also invited in this. He said that we will not tolerate this loot in the name of Hindutva. He said that no one should play with the sentiments of Hindus and Hindutva.

Uddhav said that I had gone to Ram temple even before becoming the Chief Minister and even after that. BJP had raised the issue of Ram Mandir for its own selfishness, even today there are many people who went to jail at that time and got beaten up by Kar Sevaks, now BJP is taking advantage of it. He said that Hindus will not forgive those who are looting temples.

He said that North Indians living in Mumbai who say Jai Shri Ram should also join this movement. Thackeray said that Hindus who do not like theft in Ram temple should join us. He told that Ram will recite Raksha Shrot Hanuman Chalisa at Dadar Hanuman Temple. Thackeray told that he will also go to Ayodhya but will first start this movement in Maharashtra. Those people who say Jai Shri Ram. They all also came. He said that I invite everyone. He said that I also invite North Indians. He will recite Ram Raksha, Hanuman Chalisa here.
