He misled the court… Supreme Court reprimanded Samay Raina, imposed a fine of Rs 10 lakh

Samay Raina 10 Lakh Fine: Comedian Samay Raina’s troubles seem to be increasing once again. During the hearing of a case, the Supreme Court has imposed a fine of Rs 10 lakh on him for disobeying the previous order of the court and misleading the court. The court said that Samay Raina deliberately violated court orders in the matter of making fun of people suffering from Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA). The Supreme Court has directed to deposit the fine amount within 2 weeks.

During the hearing, Chief Justice of India (CJI) Surya Kant said that we have no reason to doubt that Samay Raina misled the court. The CJI also said that he had deliberately violated the orders of this court. The misconduct becomes more serious when the affidavit is filed despite there being nothing on record. Justice of India said that therefore we impose a fine of Rs 10 lakh, which will have to be deposited within 2 weeks.

“What kind of youth icon is he?”

During the hearing, senior advocate Aparajita Singh said that I do not know what kind of youth icon he is. Just thinking about it makes me shudder. Samay Raina He is doing the show, but despite the court order, he has not contacted the SMA Foundation or the people suffering from SMA.

Solicitor General Tushar Mehta said this

Solicitor General Tushar Mehta said that recently Samay Raina Has started a new show. He said that now in the beginning I am doing something which I did not do in the previous series, he hangs lemon and chilli. Tushar Mehta said that he did not take anyone’s name, but it was clearly visible. I did not want to get involved in this matter, but he (Samay Raina) has not contacted the SMA Foundation or the people suffering from SMA.

The court gave two weeks’ time

During the hearing, the court said that he is openly violating the statements or promises given before this court. An attempt was made to further aggravate this misconduct by saying that the compliance affidavit had been filed yesterday itself, when in fact no affidavit had been filed. The court said that 15 days time is given to file the compliance affidavit on the condition of depositing a fine of Rs 10 lakh within 2 weeks. It also said that if the compliance affidavit is not filed, strict action will be taken.
