Roshan Anand, director of Gyan Bindu Coaching, who came into limelight due to his dispute with Patna’s famous teacher Khan Sir, has got bail. Patna Civil Court granted bail to Roshan after the hearing. Roshan Anand was arrested and sent to jail in the attack case on Khan Sir Institute. He was in jail for many days. However, he got bail at a time when his brother died under suspicious circumstances in Nepal a day earlier.
Roshan Anand’s lawyer Ramakant Sharma said that Roshan Anand, director of Gyan Bindu Coaching Institute, has got bail. Patna Civil Court granted bail. Roshan was arrested and sent to jail in the attack case on Khan Institute. In the hearing held today in this case, after hearing the arguments of both the parties, the court approved the bail of Roshan Anand and granted him bail. Whereas Khan Sir has got anticipatory bail in this case.
He got bail at a time when the news of the death of Prince Yadav, brother of Roshan, who was absconding and named in the Khan Sir coaching case, came under suspicious circumstances in a hotel in Nepal. As soon as the information about Prince’s death was received, the family left for Nepal.
