Government’s big decision amid protests, Higher Education Secretary Vineet Joshi transferred, Naresh Pal appointed new secretary

The Education Secretary has been transferred amid massive protests in Delhi over the paper leak issue. Higher Education Department Secretary Vineet Joshi has been sent to the Panchayati Raj Department and in his place, 1994 batch IAS officer Naresh Pal Gangwar has been made the new Education Secretary.
