
The re-exam of NEET UG-2026 is going to be held today (Sunday, June 21). About 22 lakh candidates will take part in it. To ensure that the examination is completely transparent and there are no irregularities of any kind, tight security arrangements have been made at the examination centres. Strict surveillance is being maintained through CCTV cameras. Before the examination, the statement of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has come out. He has wished the students all the best. He said that he asked the students to take the exam with confidence without any stress.
While talking to the media, the Education Minister said, ‘Today NEET-UG re-examination is going to be held. I have full faith in NTA, all state governments, district administrations, the Indian education sector and especially the students of India. About 22 lakh students will appear for NEET exam. Give the exam without any fear or worry, you will definitely do well. This is my best wish for the students.

Dharmendra Pradhan’s appeal to the people
On this occasion, Dharmendra Pradhan, as a parent and social worker, appealed to the people not to jeopardize the future of the new generation of India. He said, ‘Do not put the future of India’s new generation at stake. Don’t let this become a joke. Don’t do anything that affects the mental health of children. He said that the children are going to take the exam in a few hours.
‘Don’t hurt children’
The Education Minister further said, ‘In the past, some so-called responsible people in India have behaved like this. He treated the children with wrong intentions and bad intentions. If you are responsible, if you consider yourself a true citizen of India, if you represent the people of India, then please take responsibility. Do not cause any more trouble or trouble to the children of India. This is our request to you.
‘Remaining CBSE results will be released soon’
Pradhan told that today not only NEET exam, but other CBSE results will also be released very soon. He said that the results of about 15,50,000 students out of 17,00,000 have already been released. He said that the process of those who had applied for re-evaluation, re-assessment and re-verification has almost been completed. He said that CBSE will publish them soon.
The minister assured that we will not allow any hindrance in the examinations of the children. He said that students have faith in India’s system and will continue to do so. He said that this unwavering faith should remain.
