
There have been reports of death of three terrorists associated with the banned terrorist organization Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) in Pakistan under suspicious circumstances. The death of these three in separate incidents has raised many questions. However, these incidents have not been officially confirmed yet. The news of the mysterious death of three Lashkar-e-Taiba operatives has created a stir in Pakistan.
The first name is Ghazi Mumtaz, which is Lashkar-e-Taiba He is said to be a senior member of and a dreaded terrorist. According to reports, Ghazi Mumtaz, a resident of Upper Dir, was found dead under suspicious circumstances. It is being told that his funeral will be held at Nusrat Koto Primary School at around 6.30 pm today.
Terrorist dies in hit-and-run
The second case is of Mohammad Khuzaima Qasim. According to reports, he died in an alleged hit-and-run incident in Bahawalpur. Qasim is said to be the brother of senior Lashkar leader Mohammad Yaqoob. His last rites were performed last night, in which many senior faces associated with Lashkar are reported to have attended.
The third name is of Khalid Bashir. According to reports, this senior operative of Lashkar-e-Taiba was also found dead under suspicious circumstances. There have been reports of death of three terrorists associated with the banned terrorist organization Lashkar-e-Taiba in Pakistan under suspicious circumstances.
Many terrorists have died recently
In recent years, many big commanders, operatives and well-known people of LeT have been killed in Pakistan. Sheikh Yousuf Afridi, a close associate of terrorist Hafiz Saeed, was shot dead by unidentified gunmen in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Earlier, Bilal Arif Sarafi, a major commander of LeT, who was responsible for the recruitment of terrorists, was killed by his own family after a suspicion in Muridke.
Before that, LeT co-founder and close associate of Hafiz Saeed, Aamir Hamza, was killed in a mysterious attack in Lahore. Similarly, Maulana Kashif Ali, head of Pakistan Markazi Muslim League (PMML), which is largely considered the political wing of LeT, was shot at his home in Swabi.
Terrorists attended the funeral of Shoaib Akhtar’s brother
Meanwhile, other top operatives—like Deputy Chief Saifullah Kasuri—have been quite active. He has been attending public programs like funerals in Islamabad. Just a day or two ago, leaders of the political wing of the terrorist organization Lashkar-e-Taiba were seen at the funeral of Shahid Akhtar, brother of famous Pakistani pacer Shoaib Akhtar, in Islamabad.
Those attending the funeral also included close associates of 26/11 mastermind Hafiz Saeed, as shown in a video released by LeT’s political proxy, Pakistan Markazi Muslim League (PMML). Saeed is the founder of LeT.
In the pictures surfaced of the funeral, PMML’s Islamabad Chief Inam-ur-Rehman Kamboh was seen present. Apart from this, PMML Deputy General Secretary Abdullah Toor, PMML Zonal General Secretary Hafiz Umar, Khidmat Committee Chairman Amjad Bhatti and others were also present.
