‘How did the days change after Dhurandhar?
When Gaurav Gera was asked whether the success of Dhurandhar has brought him more opportunities, Gera confirmed that the offers have increased. The actor said, “There was one that I was not accepting as per the role at the moment. The remaining one is something, if it starts at the end of the year then we will do that.”
However, he said that he only takes those roles which really suit him. “Many times I feel that this role would suit another actor better. I don’t fit in by force.”
Why did you stay away from limelight?
Despite garnering a lot of limelight, Gaurav Gera said that he has no plans of suddenly appearing in public events or reality shows. He said, “Whatever is published on the internet is published. It is not my thing that now I stand at every event or come to every reality show. Ambitious people should do it.” Talking about his public appearances, he said that he has already lived that phase of chasing presence. The actor said, “I have done it. I have done it 15-20 years ago. If you have a desire to be in every project, go to every event, photos should be published daily, then do it. I have done it. Now if I don’t feel like it, I will not do it.”
