‘Gadar’ or ‘Lagaan’, which film cost more money to make 25 years ago?

Worldwide this film had a gross collection of Rs 133 crore. His pairing with Ameesha Patel was much liked in this film. Sunny played the role of Tara Singh and Ameesha played the role of Sakina. Now let's talk about the budget of 'Lagaan'. Rs 24 crores were spent in making this film. Worldwide gross collection of this film was 65.97 crores. That is, more money was spent in making 'Lagaan', but 'Gadar' was ahead in terms of earnings.
