
Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the Indian community at Marvel Stadium in Melbourne, Australia on Thursday. Referring to Grow More, Achieve More in his address, PM Modi said that soon India will be the third largest economy in the world. During this, he also told about the Gaganyaan mission. Apart from this, PM Modi also emphasized on India’s growing economic strength, its strong stand against terrorism and the new phase of relations between the two countries.
India will be included in the top three economies of the world
Referring to Grow More, Achieve More, Prime Minister Modi said that today’s India is progressing rapidly. He expressed confidence that India will soon join the top three economies of the world. He said that today’s India is working towards becoming a developed country with the inspiration of “more development, more achievement”. Soon India will also achieve this target.
Preparation for human space flight mission ‘Gaganyaan’
Talking about India’s space achievements, he said that the country is preparing for its first human space flight mission ‘Gaganyaan’ and is working towards setting up its own space station in the future. He said that a new space tracking terminal will be established on the Cocos (Keeling) Islands to help the Gaganyaan mission.
India is the second largest 5G market in the world
During his address, PM Modi said that India has emerged as the second largest 5G market in the world. And here is the third largest startup ecosystem in the world. India has created a distinct identity for its market across the world.
The echo of Operation Sindoor was heard all over the world.
Referring to ‘Operation Sindoor’, PM Modi said that “the blasts took place in the neighbourhood, but their echo was heard all over the world. He said that terrorism is a serious threat not only to one country but to the entire humanity. Both the countries are fighting this threat together. Meanwhile, PM Modi said a big thing about the ongoing tension in West Asia. He said that the solution to global tensions and conflicts can be found only through diplomacy and dialogue.
Historic agreements between India and Australia
During PM Modi’s visit, India and Australia signed an agreement on uranium export. Which will give a boost to India’s clean energy mission. Also, both the countries will together create a ‘Critical Minerals Corridor’. Additionally, a space tracking terminal will be established on the Cocos (Keeling) Islands to support India’s Gaganyaan mission. A roadmap was presented to take bilateral trade between the two countries to US $ 100 billion by 2030.
