Qatar and Pakistan have issued a joint statement saying that the first round of high-level talks between America and Iran in Bergenstock, Switzerland has been completed. Representatives of America, Iran, Qatar and Pakistan participated in it. According to the joint statement, the Lake Lucerne Summit took place in a positive atmosphere. Initial progress was made on several issues in the meeting and it was agreed to prepare a mechanism for further technical talks.

It has been decided to form a high level committee in the meeting. This committee will monitor the entire negotiation process and decide the direction at the political level. The chief negotiators of America and Iran will regularly inform this committee about the progress of the talks. The high level committee has also prepared a roadmap to reach a final agreement within 60 days. On this basis, further technical talks will start immediately.

Different working groups will also be formed
