Odisha Miracle News: A very surprising and unique case has come to light in Odisha on Sunday, which people are considering as no less than a miracle. Here a pregnant female passenger gave birth to her twins in two different running trains at a very short interval of time. The first child was born inside a moving train, while the cries of the second child were heard in the moving ambulance. Due to the understanding of railway officials, emergency medical team and fellow passengers, the mother and both the newborn children are completely safe.
This entire incident happened on Rourkela-Gunupur Rajyarani Express. A pregnant woman was traveling in the general coach of the train. During this time, she suddenly started having severe labor pain. Seeing the condition of the woman worsening, the fellow passengers present in the train showed promptness and immediately informed the railway administration through the Rail Madad portal.
As soon as the information was received, there was panic in the Railway Department. A special team of Railway Protection Force (RPF) was immediately deployed to provide emergency medical aid at Cuttack Railway Station. But, before the train could reach Cuttack station, the woman gave birth to her first child (a healthy son) inside the moving train.
Gave birth to second child in ambulance
As soon as Rajyarani Express stopped at Cuttack Railway Station, RPF personnel immediately formed a secure circle on the platform so that the woman’s privacy was maintained. Meanwhile, a pharmacist present at the station also set an example of humanity and voluntarily came forward and provided primary care to the mother and the newborn baby.
Since the woman was carrying twins in her stomach, she was continuously suffering from severe labor pain even after the birth of the first child. Seeing the seriousness of the situation, the medical team without wasting time shifted the woman to 108 ambulance and sent her to SCB Medical College and Hospital for better treatment.
But another exciting twist was yet to come in the story. Before reaching the hospital, the woman once again suffered severe labor pain in the moving ambulance and gave birth to her second child inside the ambulance itself.
Mother and both newborns safe
After reaching the hospital, the doctors examined the mother and both the children. Doctors have confirmed that the twins and their mother are completely healthy and are currently kept under medical observation. Railway officials, RPF jawans, emergency medical team (108 ambulance staff) and helpful passengers are being highly appreciated for ensuring safe delivery in two separate running trains under challenging circumstances. There is a lot of discussion about this miracle journey on social media also.
