Many things are being said regarding theft of donations in Ram temple in Ayodhya. The SIT formed in this matter has submitted its initial report to the government, but till now no FIR has been registered in this regard. On this controversy, International President of Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) Alok Kumar said that an FIR should now be registered in the case of theft of offerings. He also said that the donation theft case should be heard in fast track. And there should be daily hearing in this matter.
On the question related to FIR not being registered yet in the donation theft case, Alok Kumar said in an interview with TV9 Bharatvarsh that VHP has not raised this question. And there has been no delay in this either. Information has been collected on the basis of initial facts. The SIT, which is investigating the case, said in its internal report that in the statements and CCTV footage, some people have been found stealing donations.
Now FIR should be registered: Alok Kumar
He said, “We have also heard the news that the SIT has given the names of some people. Now that everything has come to light. Some things have been confirmed, now an FIR should be registered regarding the matter. In such a situation, we also said yesterday that after the report comes, an FIR should be registered now. We want that the FIR should be registered and the police officers should complete the investigation as soon as possible in collaboration with the investigating agencies. File the challan.”
Demanding a fast track court for speedy hearing on the case, Alok Kumar said, “We also want that the case should be heard expeditiously. The case should be given to the fast track court. Also, there should be a daily hearing in it. Within 4 months, the accused who withdraws even a single penny of donation from there should be sent behind the bars. If all this should be done at a fast pace, then only we all will get peace. Now the FIR should be filed. There should be no delay in this work.” He also says that strict action should be taken against those who steal.
It is wrong to accuse anyone till investigation: Alok
Regarding Champat Rai, who was surrounded by controversies in the donation theft case, Alok Kumar said, “I think the police has to investigate on all these subjects. After investigating all the subjects, the police will reach some result. I believe that till the investigation is not completed, one should not throw mud on anyone. Nor should anyone be defended.”
He further said, “The police should look into all these matters and file challan as per their understanding. We will not give any opinion in this matter.”
Regarding the temple management, Alok Kumar said, “As far as theft of offerings is concerned, it has been happening for some time. It is also that the standards for keeping the offerings properly safe in the temple were not implemented properly. Therefore, experts will have to investigate this issue properly. Appropriate results will have to be reached.”
