
Ranveer Singh Vs FWICE: Filmmaker Aditya Kripalani is angry over the decision of the Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) not to work with actor Ranveer Singh. Sharing a video on his Instagram account, Aditya Kripalani said that whenever there is a battle of ego between two big giants or production houses in Bollywood, then the poor daily wage laborers and technicians who earn their daily living on the sets have to suffer the direct loss. He has termed the tough stance of the association in these difficult times as completely unfair (extremely unfair).

Citing the example of work being halted on the ground due to controversy, Aditya mentioned director Jai Mehta’s upcoming mega-budget film ‘Pralaya’. He told that this film is going to be one of the biggest films of Hindi cinema, the shooting of which is to start soon.
Aditya said, “The budget of Jai Mehta’s next film ‘Pralaya’ is very massive. If the technicians and daily wage workers cannot work on it, then the loss will not be in the ego of these two, but will be the loss of lakhs of poor employees who are waiting for this project.”

Giving advice to the association, Aditya Kripalani said that the big faces and producers of the film industry will not be affected by this economic recession. He said, “There is no shortage of money in the lives of these people because of two very big egos or whatever situation is happening. There is shortage of money in the lives of daily wage workers and technicians. Today is a very bad time. They are the biggest losers, why is no one thinking about them?”
