America’s intelligence agency Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has made serious allegations against SHO Gurinderjit Singh of Nangal police station of Punjab Police. It is alleged that the SHO tried to demand extortion money of 4 lakh US dollars (about Rs 3.4 crore) from a family living in America by threatening to implicate them in a false murder case in India. Its video has also gone viral on social media, after which SHO Gurinderjit Singh Nagra has been put on the line. Hoshiarpur’s SSP has taken this action.
Jalandhar Rural SP will investigate this entire matter. An inquiry has been marked in this matter by the DIG. SSP said that at present this matter has come to light on the basis of videos and information going viral on social media. Till now no official confirmation or clear information has been received in this regard from the Government of India or the Government of Punjab. He said that the entire situation will become clear only after investigation of the matter. At present, as a precautionary measure, SHO has been deployed and further action will be taken on the basis of the investigation report.
According to the information, some allegations are being made by the FBI in a viral video on social media, which mentions allegations related to alleged extortion and demanding huge amount of money from a family in America.
Punjab Police officer came in the sight of FBI
Former Cabinet Minister of Punjab Government and General Secretary of Shiromani Akali Dal, Bikram Singh Majithia has made a post on social media in this matter, in which he has written many things. He has written, ‘Just as the FBI had demanded the extradition of Goldie Brar, Lawrence Bishnoi and Jaggu Bhagwanpuria, similarly now a Punjab Police officer has also come under the FBI’s radar. Punjab Police, which was once known for its good reputation, has today become a cause of embarrassment across the world.
Will FBI take the inspector to America?
He further wrote, ‘The alleged dark deeds of the permanent police under a temporary DGP have now come to light to the whole world. If the FBI takes this inspector to America, the alleged nexus between AAP, gangsters and Punjab Police will be exposed to the world, something that many people have been demanding for a long time.
