Recently a report was published on 123 telugu.com. in which it was said that Radiance ‘Fauji’ is once again in the news. This time the reason is related to the digital deal of the film. There are reports that Netflix has bought the South Indian streaming rights of the film for Rs 180 crore. Which is a record-breaking deal. Apart from this, AA Films has also confirmed its Hindi theatrical distribution rights for an amount of Rs 60 crore or more. That means overall the film has done a business of more than Rs 240 crore even before its release.
Record breaking deal of Prabhas’s ‘Fauji’
Prabhas’s ‘Fauji’ is also being made with a huge budget. Yes, the shooting of the film has not been completed yet. Also, before that, information about sale of Netflix and Hindi theatrical distribution rights has come to light. However, no official announcement has been made yet by the makers regarding this. But it is expected that the deal with AA Films will be confirmed soon. Actually, Anil Thadani has been releasing big South films in Hindi. And a lot of responsibility for North India rests on him. Now it seems that he has also come forward for this film of Prabhas.
However, from this report it was revealed that the deal for South Indian Digital Rights has been finalized. Negotiations are still going on for Hindi OTT rights. It is expected that the film’s audio, satellite and other rights deals will also generate huge earnings. Which will be equal to the tremendous pan-India star power of Prabhas.
