So I tell them that one exercise is not best for everyone. The real difference is how regular you are.

According to medical guidelines, if you do such exercise for about two and a half to five hours a week, which involves breathing a little faster, like fast walking or cycling, then it can help in reducing the fat accumulated in the liver. And if you exercise more vigorously, then about one and a quarter to two and a half hours a week may be enough. The good thing is that it can benefit the liver, even if there is not much difference visible on the weighing machine.

If your total weight reduces even by 3 to 5 percent, then the fat stored in the liver starts reducing. And if the weight is reduced by 7 to 10 percent, then the swelling of the liver can also be reduced. In some people, the effects on the liver or the formation of scars may also improve.

You should start with a walk

If you have not exercised for a long time, then start with walking. It is easy, safe and easy to continue for a long time. If you like going to the gym, you can also do some strength training along with cardio. Both can help with fatty liver.

Yoga is also a good option

Yoga is also a good option. This opens up the body, reduces stress and keeps you active. Because stress and the habit of sitting for a long time, both affect your health.

According to experts, do not think which is number one among walk, yoga or gym. Choose an activity that you like and that you can do consistently every week. The real benefit in fatty liver does not come from the name of exercise, but from doing it continuously.
